I don’t often make sushi at home thinking how much work I have to put into it to make them happen. However, my mentality with this shifted as I realized I was just more comfortable sticking to older habits. 2020 is a year where I want to branch out more in regards to cooking more cultural and savory meals. If you didn’t guess, I was craving Japanese food first and immediately thought of sushi. To make it more fun, I made them into donut shapes.
