Vegan Eggnog Waffles. These waffles are the perfect breakfast to celebrate on Christmas morning. They require minimal ingredients and time to make and will satisfy all eggnog lovers.

Pancakes vs. waffles. I will forever be a debate over the choices as I based my decision on how I feel on a certain day. I love the soft, smooth texture of pancakes but as also the lines and edges of waffles. I love how I don’t have to flip waffles while I have to do them for pancakes. I love how I big waffle can fill up easily while I have to wait a couple rounds for all the pancakes to be made. If you are a bit lazy like me, I highly recommend these Vegan Eggnog Waffles. They are gluten-free and oil-free (minus the light spray of oil on the waffle maker).

If you want a festive Christmas breakfast option here you go. These are the ingredients you will need:

-gluten-free flour
-white rice flour
-vegan eggnog
-maple syrup
-unsweetened apple -sauce
-flaxseed meal
-cinnamon
-baking powder
-baking soda
