This Dark Chocolate Banana Bread is rich and decadent. It is not only vegan, but also gluten-free and oil-free.

What I love more than anything and one of the things I cannot live without is dark chocolate. I love how rich and flavorful they are when compared to milk chocolate. An important aspect is the quality of the dark chocolate and also the percentage of how dark they are. I usually like anything dark chocolate above 85%. I found this the best balance between intensely dark chocolate and light dark chocolate.

As I was thinking of dark chocolate, I decided to make a dark chocolate banana bread because I was running out of my previous loaf. I cannot be happier that I made them because this love is so rich and decadent I can have it as a dessert too.
