It can’t be summer without some ice cream, right? I have been loving using seasonal fruits for baking and cooking. I am not the biggest fan of melons (except watermelon) but do enjoy them occasionally.

I recently discovered my love for cantaloupes which I do not eat often enough. They are so light and refreshing just light watermelons. I love cutting them into chunks and snacking on them throughout the day.

Having a little too much cantaloupes in my fridge one day, I decided to turn them into ice cream. This Vegan Cantaloupe Sorbet is super easy to make and no ice cream machine is needed. Let’s dig into them!
