These cinnamon rolls are easy to make and require less than 10-ingredients. They are vegan and gluten-free. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Growing up, I wasn’t the biggest fan of cinnamon rolls. I found them to be a bit too sweet for me, but the ones I tried were store-bought packages and those usually are packed with sugar. It wasn’t until I went to a bakery and tried a freshly baked cinnamon roll that changed my mind forever. I love the softness of the dough and when they are warmed and topped with a little frosting, it’s a match in heaven.

While I am still on the baking bread train, I figure I have to try to make one that is vegan and gluten-free. These cinnamon rolls hit the spot. It is the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar filling to dough and glaze. I immediately reached for 2 of them right after taking photos of them.

-active dry yeast
-organic coconut sugar
-organic cane sugar
-plant-based milk of choice
-vegan butter
-ground cinnamon
