
These Thai Tofu Tacos are packed with flavors. It is filling and serve as a great lunch or dinner meal!


Ever since moving to Austin, I’ve heard nothing more than the love for tacos. I was never a huge taco fan, but since being in Austin for several months, I began to be on a search for the best tacos.


I have not found a taco that I am madly in love with but these Thai Tofu Tacos definitely hit the spot. They require minimal ingredients to make and if you love Asian food, you will for sure like these tacos as well.

To make these Thai Tofu Tacos, you will need:
-6 oz firm, organic tofu
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-1 tsp creamy, unsalted peanut butter
-2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-1 tsp organic coconut sugar
-1 tbsp sriracha
-1 garlic clove, minced
-½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
-3-4 gluten-free tortillas
-½ cup shredded purple cabbage
¼ cup carrots, julienne
