These Tahini Grain-Free Donuts are vegan and gluten-free. They are light and fluffy, the perfect dessert or snack for the day.

I first became aware of what Tahini is while working at a Turkish restaurant. If you do not know what it is, tahini is made ground sesame seeds. It is dense and bold in flavor, yet not too overwhelming. I love them with bread, salad dressings and they serve as easy substitutions in baking.

Using tahini in these donuts allowed the donuts to be fluffy, lightly sweetened yet packed with flavor. They require minimum ingredients and can be made in less than an hour.

Here is what you will need for these Tahini Grain-Free Donuts with Pink Frosting:
-coconut flour
-arrowroot powder
-cinnamon
-cardamon
-organic coconut sugar
-apple cider vinegar
-tahini
-unsweetened applesauce
-baking soda
-coconut butter
-maple syrup
-non-dairy milk of your choosing
