This Poached Pear Bircher Bowl is creamy and filling. It is easy to make and is vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and oil-free.

I am a huge lover of oatmeal bowls. I have one everyday and can have them for breakfast or as a snack. To jazz things up, I like adding different toppings and spices to them. This got me to making a bircher bowl filled with different nuts and creamy oats. You can eat this warm or cold.

The pears in this bircher bowl complement each other so well. The light sweetness combined with creaminess is the best combination to have. Better yet, all you have to do is mix all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight or on a stovetop. Choose the toppings you like and enjoy this filling bowl.
