
These Onigiri Rice Ball Bento Boxes are so easy to make and requires minimum ingredients. Pack yourself some and bring it as a lunch or even have it as a dinner idea!

I used to watch different animated movies while I was a kid and would often see this Onigiri on T.V. After craving them for a little bit and wanted to challenge myself with more ethnic foods, I decided to make these vegan and gluten-free Onigiri.


It was a little tricky at first to get used to, but once you started for a little bit, it gets easier.
Here is all that you would need:
-white Japanese rice
-brown rice
-quinoa
-frozen peas
-salt
