This Lemon Mango Chia Pudding is sweet with a hint of tartness to it giving you all the tropical vibes. It requires less than 10-minutes to make and requires no cooking.

If you are looking for an easy breakfast to make, this Lemon Mango Chia Pudding is for you. Sometimes there are days when you do not have time to make a big breakfast or to even eat breakfast. Usually, when that happens, your day might be thrown off and you’re starving by lunchtime.

To make your future days better, an easy thing I started doing when I know days in the week where I am busier, I would make these overnight chia pudding and have them ready to be eaten when I get downstairs to my kitchen or as a grab and go. You don’t need many ingredients and all you have to do is add all the ingredients into the bowl. Cover and wait 1 hour or overnight and they will be ready to be eaten.
