
These Vegan Oatmeal Yogurt Parfait requires less than 20 minutes to make and are so filling and are the perfect breakfast to have. They are not only vegan, but also gluten-free and refined sugar-free.


You know those mornings when you thought you have plenty of time to get ready but ended up being caught with time and the next thing you know, you have to be out the door in 15 minutes and wonder if you still have time to have breakfast? I can definitely relate to those days more often than I like to.


On those days, I’m super glad that oatmeal does not take long to make and can be made overnight as well. Make them with a mason jar and you can easily bring it with you as you head out the door. You do not need many ingredients to make and will have so much fun making them too.
