
This pizza is light, delicious and filling. An extra good way to add in more veggies into your body. It is super easy to make and requires minimal ingredients.

For as long as I can remember, my mom always ensure that there are some sort of veggie on the table for all of our meals. I didn’t really know the specific health benefits as I was still young, but that if I do not eat my veggies first I do not get to eat other foods on the table. Because of this, I came to love all types of veggies especially seasonal ones. I am glad I was taught at a young age to appreciate my daily veggies because I can’t live without them now!

This is also one of the reasons why I became vegan- for the love of plants. Given I love my veggies so much, of course, it will be on my pizza as well. This pizza crust requires minimal time to make and is made with……chickpea flour! No kneading or waiting for the dough to rise at all.

-Chickpea (garbanzo) flour
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Any veggies you want!
