This Vegan Zebra Bread is soft and pillowy. It is easy to make and requires minimal ingredients. If you are a bread lover, you will love this bread!

Bread is forever a staple in my kitchen. I love buying artisan bread at farmer’s markets and enjoy it for breakfast. It is one of my weekly routines and I refused to buy store-bought shelf bread ever since my trip to Paris and having tasted freshly baked bread free from chemicals and made with 4-ingredients only. The baguettes, sourdough, and all the other artisan bread all tasted phenomenal. I wish I can use words to describe how good they were.

My classmates and I would almost always have half of a freshly baked baguette and add on either Nutella or strawberry jam and have it for breakfast and we were all happy even though it might seem like such a simple breakfast. All around Paris I would see kids carrying a baguette in their school bags and just eat it during lunchtime or for breakfast. Yes, they are that good and yes, it is common to see people just eating bread for their meals. My love for freshly baked bread increased immensely after that trip.

Having been at home and seeing everyone baked bread of all forms, I became even more obsessed with baking bread. Having recently baked a Vegan Milk Bread, I decided to do a fun twist and made this Vegan Zebra Brioche Bread instead. It was so fun to make and I know you will love it too!
