This Vegan Raspberry Crisp Tart is light and refreshing and requires only 10-ingredients to make. It is vegan and gluten-free.

With the warm and sunny weather in Austin, I am craving all the summer fruits especially berries. Usually around this time of the year I would be looking at farms where I can go to pick berries. They are one of my favorite outdoor activities to do during the summer. I grew up with pear and peach trees around me and also a big garden and a little vineyard for grapes. Since I am not living at home anymore, I have missed being able to tend a garden and see plants grow and have been visiting farms whenever I can not only as a way to be outdoors more, but I truly love being able to taste freshly picked fruits.

Raspberries are one of my favorites. I love how tiny and delicate they are yet they are so sweet. I usually love to eat them as is, but also love them in baked goods especially tarts and pies. While many of us may be stuck at home, if you have any fresh or frozen raspberries and want something easy to make, this Vegan Raspberry Crisp Tart is for you. You will only need 10-ingredients to make this tasty treat.
