This Vegan Cinnamon Spiced Banana Bread is moist and flavorful. It requires minimal ingredients to make and is vegan, gluten-free and oil-free.

The classic banana bread. I can never ever get tired of them especially when a fresh loaf of banana bread is made. I just love the smell of ripe bananas in baked goods. When I was little, my mom would use boxed mixes to make banana bread. However, having grown up now and value baking from scratch, I am able to make my own version of banana bread.

You can eat this Cinnamon Spiced Banana Bread as is or even top them with some yogurt or peanut butter to have as toasts.

Here is what you will need to make this Cinnamon Spiced Banana Bread:
-gluten-free oat flour
-gluten-free flour
-2-3 ripe bananas
-apple cider vinegar
-plant-based milk of choice
-pinch of salt
-baking soda
-baking powder
-ground cinnamon
-ground nutmeg
-vanilla extract
-gluten-free rolled oatmeal
