This Vegan Banana Pancake requires less than 10 ingredients to make. It is a quick and simple recipe also gluten-free and refined sugar-free.

One of my favorites to have during the weekend are pancakes. I love waking up knowing I have some extra time to make some fluffy pancakes. However, there are days during the week when I am craving one but do not have much time to make it. So I made this Easy Vegan Banana Pancake that requires one-bowl to make and which you can pour into a pan and let it cook rather than using the batter multiple times.

Here are the ingredients you will need to make this Easy Vegan Banana Pancake:
-gluten-free flour
-mashed bananas
-plant-based milk of choice
-ground cinnamon
-ground nutmeg
-baking powder
-baking soda
-pinch of salt
-optional: camu camu powder
