
This Easy Rainbow Golden Salad requires little ingredients to make and is refreshing and filling. It takes little time to make and is vegan and gluten-free.


I know I have a love for sweets and make many recipes for them. However, I do love my veggies too. I often have a big salad for lunch or dinner. To add in some savory dishes to my page and to share with you, I made this rainbow golden salad. The majority of the veggies are purchased at my local farmer’s market which I love going to. I love the taste of fresh produce and to be able to support local farmers.



I paired this salad with a combination of spinach, arugula, chickpeas, golden tomatoes, and cucumber noodles. Here is a list of ingredients you will need to make this salad and the dressing:
– 1 large cucumber
-Watermelon and purple radishes
